Office Building Construction Started

27th July 2018 - The construction of the AFI City office building commenced in the summer! Two years ago, in 2016 the redevelopment of the area adjacent to the Kolbenova Metro Station was launched as the first phase of the Tulipa City residential part, which was completed this year. Work on the second phase started in the summer of 2017. The first office building will also offer new shops, cafés and restaurants on the ground floor of the building as well as a new public space in the shape of a small square with benches, green strips and water features. In addition to office and storage premises, there will also be 338 underground parking spaces. The elegant white facade with glazed sections, stylish awning above the main entrance and two-storey glazed entrance hall are just some of the architectural features this impressive building promises to deliver.
