13th July 2018 - An interview with Doron Klein, the head of AFI Europe Czech Republic, can be found in the June issue of ESTATE magazine. The journey from a "building plot" to the implementation of the project, whether it is a residential or office building is remarkable. With the Tulipa City housing project courage was crucial. With its Tulipa City Phase One, AFI EUROPE was the first developer to arrive in 2016 in the Vysočany area, specifically the former industrial grounds around Kolbenova Street. Today, now the first phase has been successfully completed and the new apartment buildings and the whole street have a pleasant and lived-in character we are very satisfied. We are even more grateful for having the vision and courage, years ago, to tackle this particular brownfield in Prague.
