First Phase Residents Have Moved in

16th May 2018 - In May 2018 Tulipa City phase one welcomed its first residents. Once an industrial street and until recently a neglected area of Prague 9, the new residential quarter has a bright future ahead of it. Early May witnessed the new owners moving into their apartments in the first four residential buildings, representing a total of 257 already sold housing units available in layouts from 1 + kk (studio apartment) to 4 + kk (3 bedrooms).
