Tax Savings on Basement Storage Rooms and Parking

26th February 2018 - If you buy parking bays or basement storage rooms before the completion of the project, you can save money on your taxes. If purchase later separately, you will have to pay a higher rate of VAT plus Acquisition Tax at 4%. However, if you buy it together with the housing unit, you will be able to save 10% of the price. Our experience has taught us that once they have moved in, the clients appreciate the importance and convenience of having their own parking and plenty of storage space.
