100% of the 1st Phase Apartments Sold

20th February 2018 - Comprising 4 new residential buildings with a total of 257 housing units, the first phase of Tulipa City has received the occupancy permit and 100% of the apartments have been sold! There has been immense interest in the Tulipa City project and currently 69% of the second phase apartments have already been sold. Each apartment has its own front garden, roof terrace or loggia. The residential part in the AFI City quarter has brought a bright new future to the former brownfield left after the ČKD industrial grounds.
