New Sound Barrier Wall and Entrance Road

18th January 2018 - In mid-January 2018 a new sound barrier wall was completed on the north side of Tulipa City along with a new entrance road from Kolbenova Street. At the present time, in addition to the construction of new buildings, more work is under way near the sound barrier wall, i.e. outdoor illumination and landscaping around the cycle path. The new asphalt road is ready for traffic and in the spring the construction-related restrictions will be lifted. Before the new owners receive the keys to their apartments it should be fully accessible. We believe that Tulipa City will provide privacy and comfort at the highest degree possible.
