Technical Inspections of Phase I Apartments

11th January 2018 - Phase one of Tulipa City is scheduled to be completed this spring, so currently we are sending invitations out to the future owners of the apartments located in buildings L, M, N and O to come for the technical inspection of the apartments. We are expecting the occupancy permits for the first phase to be issued in the first months of 2018. The construction of phase one commenced in July 2016. At the same time the project’s second phase started its building stage and came onto the market in autumn 2017.
