Sale of Phase II Launched

4th September 2017 - The Tulipa City second phase is coming one year after the first phase and will offer a total of 216 new apartments in Prague 9 ranging in size from 1+kk (studio apartment) to 4+kk (3 bedrooms). In September 2017 the AFI Europe company launched the official sale of the second phase of the Tulipa City project!

The construction of the second phase of Tulipa City will start during the autumn of 2017, and two years later, the new owners will be able to move into their new apartments. We anticipate the completion of phase II in the course of the winter of 2019.
