A “GLAJCHA” IS swaying above the construction
18th May 2017 - We are currently celebrating reaching the highest point of the skeleton structure. Decorated with ribbons and placed atop a new building, a “Glajcha” tree is the traditional symbol for good luck and the protection of the new residents of the house. The construction of the four Tulipa City project buildings was launched in August 2016 and the building work is continuing according to schedule. In the first half of next year we are expecting occupancy permits to be granted and the new owners to move in.
In less than a year we have sold a total of 93% of the 257 new apartments with layouts ranging from 1 + kk (studio apartment) to 4 + kk (three bedrooms). Practical and affordable housing in Vysočany, Prague has a great future ahead of it. The apartments are sought after by all types of people: from singles to young couples and from families with children to senior citizens. The AFI EUROPE developer company has prepared an interesting and useful feature in the shape of a bike wash room, which will be appreciated by healthy lifestyle enthusiasts who can also make use of the nearby cycle path.
Our sales centre can be visited directly – in the close vicinity of the construction site overlooking the actual ongoing work or online – by going on our virtual tour. he interiors of the sales centre as well as the show apartments of our past projects were created for us by the interior designer Magdalene Hopkins.
The new buildings share not only a sophisticated and creative design, but also a thoughtful and conceptual approach. Each apartment has either a front garden, roof terrace or loggia. With its Tulipa City project, the developer has also launched the revitalisation of the unused industrial site, which is situated on a fifteen hectare stretch of land and will be gradually developed into a new city quarter.
